Another inexpensive brand of make up I have mentioned in previous posts is the N.YC. - New York Color - line (see small eye pallet in picture). Like Wet N Wild the line is constantly updating itself with the current trends in make-up tech. This season they have introduced a line of Individual Eyes Custom Compacts. Each set contains 4 coordinated colors, an eye primer base, an illuminator pot and a double tipped sponge applicator that allows you to create various styles. The pallet in the picture is call Union Square and for $4.99 I have used it to create polished, sophisticated and smokey eyed looks on different occasions.
