Sweet Indulgence

Over the holidays I indulged in one of the most sinful candies around, Enstrom's Almond Toffee (http://www.enstrom.com/toffee.aspx ). For over 60 years the Enstrom family has been perfecting their candy in Colorado . Their Milk Chocolate covered Toffee is the grown up version of a Heath Bar and so worth the after toothpick required for removing the left ove bits and pieces that will find their way between your teeth. A visit to their site will not only offer you full access to all of their yummy (kosher certified!)goodies, but you'll also be able to print their family recipes and make them your own, though why bother when you can order without the fuss of having to clean up a toffeed pan! Totally recommended!
