Baker's Paradise

I wanted to post about this place prior to the winter holidays but never got around to it. I apologize.

For all you home bakers that like using professional products and toys find your way down to New York Cake & Baking Distributor at 56 W. 22nd Street, off 6th Avenue. This place is a confectioner and baker's paradise. It is over stocked with all manner of baking and candy making utensils as well as dozens of chocolates, food colorings, sprinkles, cake fillings, toppers, packaging, books and magazines. The store can get a little crowded and the salespeople aren't the friendliest bunch, but I encourage you to take a trip to the store even if you have to return with list in hand after being overwhelmed by all the options you will find.
