Tuesday's Mental Musings

Allow others to share themselves in the ways that they can knowing that it is all we can do until we are ready to give more. Rather than pushing and pulling to find what you want from others, push and pull the expectations you have of yourself and then go beyond them always remembering we are who we are and all that we should be even as we continue to evolve.
