Photo Ready Finish

I recently attended a dressy event that required real grown up make up and in order to achieve it I needed to purchase a foundation that would leave me with an even "photo" ready face. I rarely wear overall foundation, instead when I do wear make up I dab concealer here and there to eliminate blemishes and spots (YES!! I have them!!) and top it all with a clear powder to eliminate shine. I was overwhelmed by the options and will admit I picked Revlon Photo Ready Foundation partly because of the name and partly because Halle Berry is the spokesperson for the line.

I don't have a thing for Halle, but I do gravitate toward make-up lines that use models that represent a wide range of complexions because I then feel more confident that I will be able to find tints and colors that match and compliment my own. Revlon Photo Ready Foundation not disappoint, especially because I paired it with the Revlon PhotoReady Translucent Finisher. My skin was even without looking spackled and my make up held all evening. The Foundation runs $14.00 and the Powder about $12.00.  Check your local drug stores.
