A cool breeze from an open window
Crisp sheets and a stack full of pillows
A Breakfast Tray filled with
A bowl full of freshly washed ripe strawberries
Cafe au lait with hot powdered sugar dounuts (beniets)
made from my grandmother Dorothy's recipe
or toasted cranberry pecan bread buttered
While wearing cotton t shirt and panties
Did I mention the cool breeze filling the bedroom?
and my manicured feet
