Tuesday's Mental Musings

The fluidity of time becomes more apparent as we age. Time seems to speed up. Those long summers of childhood become mere weeks in adult years, Christmas mornings arrive in the blink of an eye and birthdays move by so quickly that there is no need to blow out the candles on the cake between years. Does that mean we need to speed up as well or does it mean that if we slow down, stand still in the moment the momentum will slow down as much as it can so that we can see forever?
