I have had this picture filed away for so long that I can't remember where I found it.
I am considering making it out of
- A simple black cloth placemate
- Some black grosgrain ribbon
- Hand applied grommets
- S hooks from the 99Cents store
-Velcro that's been stuck in my craft draw forever
