When I am feeling a little peckish I make myself some tea and a few of these cracker treats.
Onto a Wheat Saltine
I place a thin slice of Pepper-Jack Cheese
(slice as thin as you can)
then top it with a thin slice of German Ham
(I prefer this style of ham because it tends to be on the firm and dry side)
and finish with a paper thin slice of Quince or Guava Paste
