Guilty Pleasures - BBQing Indoors

I love the video section of the New York Times. Once a week I set aside 1/2 hour or so to watch all of the videos posted, including the style, arts and science sections. I especially like the video recipes since they are usually simple and fast. This week's post is of interest since we are welcoming the summer session this coming weekend.
