I love the Rubin Art Museum located in Chelsea on 7th Avenue between 16th & 17th Streets. It houses and showcases the art and culture of the people's of the Himalayan and surrounding areas.In addition to offering access to their permanent collection and special exhibitions every Friday nights they host the K2 Lounge from 6pm until 10pm closing. Performances start at 7pm, Happy Hour is from 6-7pm and gallery admission is free afterwards. You can make reservations for a group.
